LEVEL 2 (ONLINE)
- Training history & health questionnaire specifically addressing your women-specific needs to enable your coach to customize your training
- Female-specific customized training program written one training block (several weeks) at a time aligned with your menstrual cycle
- Training program revisions based on your needs and progress
- Race planning and pace and strategy analysis
- Unlimited and continued women-specialty coaching throughout your training and racing journey (communication via email/phone/text)
Athena Run Coaching
LEVEL 1 (ONLINE)
- Training history & health questionnaire specifically addressing your women-specific needs to enable your coach to customize your training
- Female-specific customized training program to target a specific race, written upfront for specified number of weeks that you implement and follow on your own (choose from 8 to 28 weeks)
Atalanta Run Coaching
(IN-PERSON)
- In-person coached workouts with your expert coach who will motivate you, inspire you, and teach you how to do the workouts correctly to optimize your training
Kyniska Nutrition Coaching
- Initial call with nutritionist
- Personal assessment of your specific nutritional needs and goals
- Food log to document your nutritional intake for analysis
- Complete computer software dietary analysis and review of current nutritional intake
- Customized nutrition program
- On-going coaching via once-per-week access to your nutritionist by email/phone/text

(SAVE 20-30%)
- Initial call with nutritionist
- Personal assessment of your specific nutritional needs and goals
